I just visited Vegas for the first time and I think the best time I had was when I went to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum on the strip. Of course I went to see the wax figure of Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow but they had to pay Disney so much money to keep him as the character of Jack Sparrow that they changed him back to Johnny Depp in a suit and hat.
I really wanted to take a picture of him without the hat but I was afraid they would through me out if I went that far.
You can get as close as you want to Johnny Depp. You can touch his face and body and stand next to him on on him as the case with me, and sort of feel what it would be like if you stood next to him. He is taller than I thought and has the most perfect body.
The sculptures at Madame Tussauds take exact measurements of every actor or celebrity they create in wax. It is an amazing process using calipers to achieve the exact dimensions of the entire body.
I love photography and it was a pleasure to help people take their pictures standing next to Johnny or other actors. It was really a hoot. You could even get dressed up as a bride (for free) and stand next to your favorite star and get married in a picture. What fun I had! One young man had the total hots for some blonde movie star. I think it was Jessica Simpson and so I offered to take a picture of him standing next to her. At first he was just standing there and I said “Put your hands on her” ! It’s only a wax figure, she won’t mind. So then he got into the spirit of things and got closer to her and I got some very nice shots. Too bad they are on his camera!

Johnny Depp is so thoughtful when it comes to his fans. Big shot actors won’t even give you the time of day but Johnny will stop and talk to you, shake your hand or if you’re really lucky, you’ll get a hug. I haven’t gotten my hug yet but I know of plenty of women who have and they say it is something they will never forget.
Johnny Depp is very soft spoken when he talks to you. He will look you in the eye and thank you for being a fan. He loves little kids and that’s saying a lot. So many actors these days think they are above giving autographs and talking to their fans. Not Johnny.
I painted a portrait of his lovely wife Vanessa and I sent it to him and he kept it. In return he sent 2 autographed photos and my own artwork signed with love.
Get a Limited Edition water color print of Johnny to take to his appearances. He recognizes them and is very willing to sign them for you.
Johnny Depp is one of the nicest people anyone could meet. Johnny Depp is a man who didn't want to be an actor, but turned out to be one of the best in motion pictures. He is respected by everyone in the business, and sets many girls hearts afire! Next time you go to one of his appearances, take an original piece of art that he sill sign for you. Each piece is one of a kind and will be a precious memory to keep forever!
